Cancellation Policy

If you can’t cancel an order you have placed with Fair Oaks Farms Fresh Delivery and you wish to, you must contact customer support by email ( with the subject line Cancel Order, and a brief description of the issue.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet been delivered. Please note that if the item(s) have been delivered, the order cannot be canceled, but instead we will work with you to find a solution.

Out of Stock Policy

Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as "in-stock" when you place your order may, in fact, be out -of- stock.

In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be altered to remove the out of stock item(s).

Most out -of- stock items are in stock again within a week.

Return Policy

There will be no returns for any reason. All products sold by Fair Oaks Farms Fresh Delivery is sold as-is.

By making a purchase with Fair Oaks Farms Fresh Delivery, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no returns policy.

Refund Policy

Our goal is to provide you with world class products and world class service.

If there is any reason you believe you should be refunded, we ask that you contact customer service by email ( with the subject line "Refund", providing a detailed account of the issue.

We will work with you to understand the issue and provide you with solutions.

Minimum Order & Delivery Charge

Your order must contain $20.00 worth of product. All orders have a flat delivery charge of $3.00. We keep the delivery fee low so that you can instead spend it on your families favorite products!

Cooler Policy

You may either use your own cooler or use one of our Fair Oaks Farms Fresh Delivery's insulated bags. If you choose to utilize our bags, the cost is a $5.00 one-time deposit. After that deposit you may keep the bag for regular use. We ask that on your day of delivery you leave out your insulated bag so that the milkman can move along the route efficiently! Each time a cooler/bag is not left out on your day of delivery, our milkman will leave your order in one of our insulated bags, resulting in the additional deposit charge of $5.00. These deposit charges are only refunded if the total number of bags you have in your possession remains less than two.
